The present invention relates to an exhaust gas reduction device using a plasma technology, capable of improving exhaust gas reduction efficiency. According to the present invention, a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma exhaust gas reduction device electrically connected to a voltage supply unit supplying AC voltage and a current supply unit supplying current comprises: a first electrode part extended in one direction and electrically connected to a first electrode of the voltage supply unit; a second electrode part having a hollow portion arranging the first electrode part therein and electrically connected to a second electrode of the voltage supply unit; and a dielectric part disposed between the first and second electrode parts to form a first electric field with a first directionality in the hollow portion based on the AC voltage supplied to the first and second electrode parts.
