The present invention relates to an SSR molecule marker for identifying grape varieties and a usage thereof. According to the present invention, an SSR which exists as a single copy is selected based on genomic information of ′Pinot Noir′ grape variety. The present invention is designed by checking locus, occurrence of amplification, a state of being as a single copy and the like for genomic information of 15 grape varieties collected by in silico. Therefore, the present invention is able to identify varieties when applied to varieties having a close genomic relationship. In addition, the present invention can be applied to wild grape varieties to be used for identifying varieties or determining genomic relationship. That is, the present invention has a wide flexibility applied from grape varieties to wild grape varieties, and shows an excellent reproductivity. The present invention uses 21 SSR markers to identify 14 grape varieties and 4 wild grape varieties having a close genomic relationship. Accordingly, the 21 SSR markers may be used for distinguishing grapes or wild grapes grown naturally in Korea or for identifying genomic relationships.
