The present invention relates to a magnetic jig for installing a foundation bolt of a girder for constructing a cantilever bracket of a bridge and a method for manufacturing a girder using a jig thereof, the jig comprising: a main jig having an installation groove formed at one side of an upper portion of a girder, and arranging and fixing such that a foundation bolt may protrude from the installation groove by a predetermined distance; a sub jig mounted on an upper surface of a girder mold such that the main jig may be supported and fixed at one side; and a magnetic force fixating means interposing a magnet connecting plate on the other side of the sub jig to fixate the same on the upper surface of the girder mold through a magnetic body. Therefore, fixation on the upper plane of the girder mold is conveniently enabled by using magnetic force. Resultantly, an arrangement process before concrete placement with respect to the foundation bolt can be performed in a convenient and precise manner to fixate one end portion of a cantilever bracket when a girder is manufactured, thereby improving workability with respect to the production of the girder for constructing a cantilever unit, and increasing productivity with respect to the girder. In addition, after the girder is completely manufactured, the foundation bolt is conveniently separated in a state of protruding from an upper portion of the installation groove by a predetermined distance, such that the configuration excepting the foundation bolt may be reused.
