The present invention relates to a multichannel online shopping system configured to allow for real-time communication between a viewer and a broadcasting master while steaming, via multiple channels, a real-time live broadcast or a recorded broadcast at an open market over the Internet so that electronic commerce can be more actively performed, and a multichannel online shopping method. To this end, the multichannel online shopping system comprises: a video capturing unit configured to capture content that the broadcasting master desires to broadcast; and an information processing unit connected to the video capturing unit via a network and configured to upload a video captured by the image capturing unit to any one of the multiple channels of a website, wherein the captured video is broadcasted on the channel, and a viewer can select the channel to watch the broadcast. A broadcast mode of the broadcast broadcasted by the broadcasting master includes: a communication broadcast mode configured to share the content with the viewer; and a selling broadcast mode configured to sell a product related to the content. A broadcast uploaded to the channel includes: a real-time broadcast broadcasted, in real time, by the broadcasting master; and a recorded broadcast configured to transmit a recorded video. On the selling broadcast mode, the broadcasting master and the viewer can communicate with each other in a bidirectional manner so that the broadcasting master and the viewer can share information about a product sold in the broadcast and set a price of the product.
