According to one aspect of the invention, provided is a cost-effectiveness and optimized design method of a mass production weapon system environmental stress screening test which includes a step of calculating an allowable temperature range to minimize the total required time (t_Total) of the environmental stress screening test based on a target residual defect density (D_Remain(Goal)), the temperature maintenance interval (t_constant) of an environmental stress screening test profile, a temperature change rate (ΔR), and a vibration magnitude (ΔG).
