The present invention relates to a visceral fat macrophage-targeted non-viral gene/carrier complex for preventing and treating obesity-derived type 2 diabetes. More specifically, a gene/carrier complex according to the present invention targets macrophages of visceral fat to stably deliver a therapeutic gene when injected into the body, thereby exhibiting an excellent TACE inhibitory effect. Therefore, the gene/carrier complex can be applied for preventing or treating obesity-derived type 2 diabetes.
