The present invention relates to a low power long-range communication apparatus for installing a small AWS in the bare ground, which increases the local weather measurement accuracy by supplying a plurality of low-cost AWSs for each fruit tree, and designs a communication scheme of a corresponding AWS to perform a low power long-range communication using an LoRa communication. Therefore, a local weather can be measured for each orchard on the bare ground with the high accuracy, agricultural production costs are reduced, and damage caused by a rapidly changed local weather is reduced to improve the quality of crops.
