The present invention relates to a method of making a deep-fried Patagonian toothfish dish, the method comprising: a first step of trimming Patagonian toothfish and deep-frying the same in edible oils; a second step of stir-frying vegetables for the deep-fried Patagonian toothfish dish in vegetable oils or boiling water; a third step of making a deep-fried Patagonian toothfish dish sauce; and a fourth step of placing the vegetables stir-fried in the second step on the Patagonian toothfish deep-fried in the first step, and pouring thereon the deep-fried Patagonian toothfish dish sauce prepared in the third step. For those who do not like red meat or need to cut down the fat intake, the deep-fried Patagonian toothfish dish according to the present invention provides the deep-fried pork dish which retains the taste of any regular deep-fried pork dish that is enjoyed by most Koreans, but is low in fat and high in protein. Further, the present invention is effective for preventing arteriosclerosis and diabetes which may cause a stroke; mitigates alcohol poisoning; prevents adult diseases as well as improving stamina; may serve as a good breakfast for alleviating sore stomache; and may serve as a nutritional dish easily accessible to those suffering fatigue from overwork.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
