The present invention is to provide a knowledge sharing platform of an intelligent surgical image based on Wiki, which is a platform for forming medical image data as content and asset in association with an intelligent surgery storage device (SurgBox) which is a solution capable of databasing a surgical video. According to one aspect of the knowledge sharing platform of the present invention, when a first producer generates first image content, the first image content is performed with at least one of reviewing, editing, correction, and management by at least one collaborator, and is provided for at least one learner in at least one form of reference, learning, and subscription. Accordingly, the knowledge sharing platform of an intelligent surgical image based on Wiki, which is a platform for forming medical image data as content and asset in association with the intelligent surgery storage device can be implemented.
