The present invention relates to an apparatus to analyze a multi-wavelength bio-signal based on a frequency domain (FD). According to the present invention, the apparatus to analyze the multi-wavelength bio-signal based on the FD comprises: one or more light-emitting units which have four or more light sources placed by being distanced from each other at regular intervals to irradiate light with a modulated frequency towards four or more different discrete wavelengths; one or more detection units which include an optical detector which detects an output light reflected from an object to be incident; a probe including the one or more light-emitting units, the one or more detection units, and a contact surface coming in contact with the object; and a processing circuit connected to the one or more light-emitting units and the one or more detection units to calculate a scatter factor and an absorption coefficient for each discrete wavelength based on the output light detected by one or more detection units and to calculate the concentration of chromophores existing inside the object based on the scatter factor and the absorption coefficient for each discrete wavelength. The one or more light-emitting units and the one or more detection units are able to directly come in contact with the object by being placed on the contact surface of the probe. According to the present invention, the apparatus is able to use a certain number of light sources, which emit light with a discrete wavelength based on the FD, and measure the concentration of chromophores with high reliability.
