The present invention relates to an apparatus to analyze a multi-wavelength bio-signal based on a frequency domain (FD), comprising: four or more light sources which irradiate a frequency-modulated light with four or more different discrete wavelengths; one or more light detectors which detect an output light which is reflected in an object to be incident; a processing circuit connected to the four or more light sources and the one or more light detectors to calculate a scatter factor and an absorption coefficient for each of the discrete wavelengths based on the output light detected by one or more light detectors and to calculate the concentration of chromophores existing inside the object based on the scatter factor and the absorption coefficient for each of the discrete wavelengths; a first optical fiber coupled with the four or more light sources to collect and transfer the light irradiated from the four or more light sources; a second optical fiber coupled with the one or more light detectors to collect the light reflected from the object and to transfer the light to the one or more light detectors; and a housing which includes the four or more light sources, the one or more light detectors, and the processing circuit. The first and second optical fibers are exposed to the outside of the housing to come in contact with the object. According to the present invention, the apparatus is able to measure the concentration of chromophores with high reliability.
