The present invention provides a method for increasing a purchase participation rate using delivery information in a purchase bidding system and a system thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a purchase bidding management system searches for a seller based on purchase request information, sends an e-mail to the searched sellers and notifies the sellers of registering a purchase notification. To this end, a purchaser increases a purchase participation rate of the sellers and the seller can acquire bidding opportunities without frequently checking a purchase bidding system.
