A tunnel integrated disaster prevention system which can monitor a traffic flow and an accident video within a tunnel in real time according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a track rail formed at an upper portion of a ceiling of a tunnel; and a disaster prevention apparatus which can drive along the track rail in order to move to a point of an accident to monitor the scene of the accident in real time, suppress a fire by spraying a firefighting solution when a fire breaks out, and when evacuees appear due to a thick smoke generated upon a fire outbreak, relieve the evacuees by dropping emergency items for provision thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
