The present invention relates to a polytetrafluoroethylene-carbon nanotube composite material and a method for manufacturing the same. After PTFE, MWCNT, and an organic solvent are added and primarily stirred, a coupling agent is added to produce an intermediate product. The intermediate product is centrifuged to remove the organic solvent, followed by drying, pulverizing, and commercialization. The present invention can provide a polytetrafluoroethylene-carbon nanotube composite material having an electric conductivity function having volume resistivity of 1.0E+00-1.0E-02 cm of electric resistance. The composite material can be provided as a polymer resin material capable of replacing metal with low electric resistance while maintaining the characteristics of PTFE.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
