The present invention relates to a lidar scanning device and an unmanned aerial vehicle including the same which are advantageous in size and weight reduction and can improve durability. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lidar scanning device using a propeller driving motor of an unmanned aerial vehicle comprises: a propeller driving motor to drive a propeller of an unmanned aerial vehicle; a scanning mirror to rotate by the propeller driving motor; a transmission unit to emit a laser beam to the scanning mirror; and a reception unit to receive a laser beam emitted from the scanning mirror and then reflected from a target. Also, according an embodiment of the present invention, the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises: a propeller; a main body having a drive control unit installed thereon to control drive of the propeller; a support member connecting the main body and the propeller; and a propeller driving motor which is installed on the support member, and drives the propeller. The unmanned aerial vehicle further comprises a lidar scanning device including a scanning mirror to rotate by the propeller driving motor, a transmission unit to emit a laser beam to the scanning mirror; and a reception unit to receive a laser beam emitted from the scanning mirror and then reflected from a target.
