The present invention relates to a wing stabilized explosively formed projectile and a wind stabilized penetrator of an explosively formed projectile, wherein a liner fixing member mounted in an opening side of a projectile member to pressurize and fixate a liner member is formed in the shape of axial asymmetry for explosive energy generated in explosion of a main explosive member not to be uniformly transmitted to the liner member. Therefore, in case of the explosion, a plurality of wing units are formed in a rear end portion of the penetrator formed by the liner member to significantly improve stability. Moreover, flight stability of the penetrator is improved to improve hitting accuracy with respect to a long-distance target. The long-distance target can be precisely hit.
