The present invention relates to a weeder to cut a stem and a leaf of upland crops, comprising: a body unit having an inner space with an opened lower side; a cutter unit including a plurality of cutters formed on a first rotary shaft installed in the body unit to be able to rotate; an ascending air flow generation unit, which generates an ascending air flow for erecting a stem and a leaf of bulbous crops together with the cutter unit, and having a plurality of blades for generating an air on the outer circumferential surface of a second rotary shaft installed in the main body adjacent to the cutter unit to be able to rotate; and a driving unit to operate the first rotary shaft of the cutter unit and the second rotary shaft of the ascending air flow generation unit. According to the present invention, a shoot of underground crops, such as an onion, exposed on the ground is cut after being correctly erected, thereby providing an effect of easily harvesting the underground crops from which the shoot is cut.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
