The present invention relates to a remote live lecturing/learning method simultaneously using online/offline learning content and normal learning tools and a control device thereof. The remote lecturing/learning control device has system software including an operating system and multimedia data communication protocol software, and comprises: a central processing block including a multimedia data stream processing function block, a multimedia data compression/reconstruction processing function block, a communication network matching function block, a communication network buffering function block, a video buffering function block, a video queue, an audio buffering function block, an audio queue, an internal processing thread control function block, a call setting/release function block, and a physical matching data link access function; a sensing device control function module and an output device control function module to control operations of input/output devices (an image camera, a microphone, a document camera, a mouse, a keyboard, a monitor, and a speaker) in accordance with a command of the central processing block between the input/output devices and the central processing block; a multimedia data synthesis control connection function module; an online learning management support server web access function module; and a PC (laptop) access function module. The remote lecturing/learning control device is matched to a communication network protocol standard in a distributed parallel processing thread control flow state to use online/offline learning content, normal pens, and learning tools in real time during remote live lecturing/learning and provide a web server learning management support function and a learning effect improving function to improve lecturing/learning effects.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
