According to the present invention, a system for controlling thermal modeling of an IGBT element comprises: a memory in which a program for controlling thermal modeling of an IGBT element is stored; and a processor for executing the program stored in the memory. The processor, as executing the program, converts the thermal modeling of the IGBT element into an integral equation based on Newton′s law of cooling, calculates a temperature rise variable (h) and a cooling constant (k) in serial order so as to calculate a temperature (T) in the thermal modeling.
