The present invention relates to a mental care system by measuring electroencephalography and a mental care method using the same. The mental care system by measuring electroencephalography includes a VR device for providing a virtual reality, an EEG sensor for measuring the brain wave of a user attached to the VR device, a flag data generation part for receiving the brain wave of the user measured from the EEG sensor and generating flag data on the psychological state of the user using a deep learning algorithm, and a smart device which receives the flag data from the flag data generation part, receives the flag data from the flag data generation part, selects therapy image content in an application according to the flag data, and provides the selected therapy image content to the VR device. It is possible to provide personalized therapy image contents based on the virtual reality according to the state of the brain wave.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
