A building fire safety assessment system, an assessment method and device, and a mobile terminal, which are applicable to the technical field of fire safety assessment, the method comprising: establishing a building fire safety assessment index system (101); calculating fire safety scores of a target building site and each designated target within the target building site according to the building fire safety assessment index system (102); and determining the fire safety levels of the target building site and the each designated target within the target building site according to the calculated fire safety scores thereof (103). Thus, objective assessment of the target building site is achieved. The fire safety level of a target building site may be obtained on a mobile device in real time when a supervisor performs a safety check on building sites in an administrative region by means of the mobile terminal, and therefore the system is highly practical and easy to use.
