The present patent relates to a machine for transplanting seedlings, pertaining to the technical sector of mechanics and more particularly to that of agricultural implements, which makes it possible to replace, efficiently and in an economically viable manner, the use of human labour in the handling and planting-out of seedlings, wherein the latter, by means of the proposed transplanting machine, are moved by a motor and conveyed to the soil through the action of gravity, thereby giving a practical, inexpensive and efficient result in response to needs currently arising in the field. The machine for transplanting seedlings comprises a set of stacked conveying boxes (1) mounted on a chassis (10) provided with a bore which allows the passage of the vertical shaft (30) connecting to the motor or transmission (20) responsible for the conveying action of the transplanting machine. On the lower face of each box (1) is a cleft (11) for shifting the seedlings (M), in which is mounted a set of tubes (2) connected at the ends by links (3) being moved through the action of the drive shaft (4), and also provided are the cylinders (5) responsible for the changes in direction of the tubes (2), the central tubes being coupled to the tensioners (6).
