A method for controlling a personnel management communication platform of a talent center, and a system therefor, relating to the field of communication information technology. The method comprises: collecting communication information initiated by a mobile terminal; acquiring and analyzing the communication content of the communication information and the type of a communication tool; storing the communication content of the communication information and the type of the communication tool; matching the type of the communication tool with a pre-stored mapping table between the types of communication tools, and when the type of the communication tool has a matched pre-set type of communication tool, determining the pre-set type of communication tool that matches the acquired type of the communication tool; and when the determined pre-set type of communication tool has correspondingly stored communication content, acquiring the communication content. By means of modern communication technology, intelligent information is registered and a communication platform is established, so that communication information can be updated in a timely and active manner, thereby facilitating personnel management for floating personnel in a talent center.
