A permanent magnet magnetic suspension bearing, comprising an outer magnetic ring (12) and an inner magnetic ring (14), one of the outer magnetic ring and the inner magnetic ring being fixedly mounted on a rotating body (10) to rotate with the rotating body, the outer magnetic ring being sleeved over the radial outer side of the inner magnetic ring, a gap (20, 34) being present between the outer magnetic ring and the inner magnetic ring, the outer magnetic ring comprising a first outer ring (22), a second outer ring (24), and a third outer ring (26) each having a respective direction of magnetisation and being arranged in sequence in the axial direction, and the inner magnetic ring comprising a first inner ring (28), a second inner ring (30), and a third inner ring (32) each having a respective direction of magnetisation and being arranged in sequence in the axial direction, the outer magnetic ring and the inner magnetic ring being configured such that an axial pushing force and a radial pushing force are simultaneously produced between the outer magnetic ring and the inner magnetic ring.
