The present invention relates generally to methods for treatment of ribosomaldisorders andribosomopathy, e.g. Diamond Blackfan anemia (DBA). In some embodiments, theinvention relates tomethods for the use of a small-molecule autophagy modulator for treatment ofribosomal disorders andribosomopathy. The invention also relates to small molecule drug discovery andmethods of screeningcompositions to determine their effectiveness for treatment of ribosomaldisorders and ribosomopathies.
