The present request for the privilege of invention is addressed to the textile sector and consists of the use of textile waste and /or materials as raw material for the production of new thermal and acoustic insulating products aimed at civil construction through the wet -laid process, eliminand The environmental liability of disposal in industrial landfills. The present solution aims to remedy the current disadvantages present in the state of the art, involving the production of thermal insulation mantles for construction using natural mineral fibres (rock, glass, asbestos or asbestos) or virgin polymeric materials (polyester, polyur Ethane,Etc.) and to bring a solution to the destination of the excess waste generated and discarded by the textile industry or the final consumer. The formation of non -tissues by the wet -laid process is formed primarily by the weighing and fibre separation steps (1),Maintenance of the dispersion of fibres in water (2),Non -tissue formation (3) and water removal process for fibre binding (4). All samples obtained reached levels below those required by abnt NBR 15575: 2013 and the sinat 003 guidelines: 2012, demonstrating the technical feasibility of this invention.
