This technology is a method which allows the obtaining of transgenic fish, preferably of the species Oreochromis niloticus (Nile tilapias),Using particles lentivirais for transduction of espermatogônias trunk (SSCs) for sustained production of genetically modified gamete.The fish modified by the proposed method can be used as biofábricas for protein production on a large scale, as ornamental fish or bodies for model studies.
