PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag opening device for a bag body which can continuously perform a work for opening the bag body and separating the bag body and a content from each other.SOLUTION: A bag opening device for a bag body is configured from: an opening blade mechanism 2 which contacts an upper part F' of a bag body F and cuts the upper part; a lift mechanism 5 having a reversal part 5' which lifts the bag body F to a specified height and reverses the bag body so that the upper part is positioned downward; a chute 6 which receives the reversed bag body F and drops the bag body downwards in the state that the upper part F' is directed below; a projection blade 8 which contacts a side face F'' of the bag body F which drops in the chute 6 and vertically cuts the side face of the bag body; a turn table 7 with which the bag body F which has dropped from the chute 6 collides; and a rake 10 for dropping the bag body and a content, which are separated from each other on the turn table 7 by impact shock, onto a belt conveyor 9 from the turn table 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
