Provided is an electric-welded steel pipe for coiled tubing excellent in low cycle fatigue resistance having a yield strength of 896 MPa or more, and a method for producing the same, without performing all-tube quenching treatment and reheating tempering treatment after ERW welding. It has a specific content of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Al, Cr, Cu, Ni, Mo, Nb, V, Ti, and N, and a volume fraction of 2 to 10%. It has a structure composed of retained austenite, martensite of 20% or less, and the balance bainite, yield strength is 896 MPa or more, and uniform elongation is 9.0% or more.
