Provided is a walking state measurement device that does not require adjustment of the installation position of a pressure sensor attached to a pedestrian regardless of the shape and size of the pedestrian's foot. The walking state measuring device 3000 for measuring the walking state of the pedestrian estimates the floor reaction force using at least one of the pedestrian motion data and the lower limb vertical load data and outputs the floor reaction force data as a floor reaction force data. A reaction force estimation unit 3100 and a walking state calculation unit 3200 that calculates and outputs a walking state of a pedestrian using at least one of motion data and floor reaction force data.
