PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-level inverter unit having a bus bar with high heat dissipation and a three-phase inverter device capable of reducing heat generation and unbalanced currents among units using the same.;SOLUTION: The three-level inverter unit includes: a C bus bar to which one end of first and second smoothing capacitors is connected; a P bus bar to which the other end of the first smoothing capacitor is connected; and an N bus bar connected to the other end of the second smoothing capacitor. The C bus bar is formed to have a substantially L-shaped cross section, including a first flat plate portion 112 and a second flat plate portion 114. The P bus bar is formed to have a substantially L-shaped cross section, including a third flat plate portion 132 and a fourth flat plate portion 134. The N bus bar is formed to have a substantially L-shaped cross section, including a fifth flat plate portion 152 and a sixth flat plate portion 154. The C bus bar is laminated on an outside of a laminate of the P bus bar and the N bus bar.
