PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables a proof test to be executed during successive operations of a work machine.;SOLUTION: A work machine comprises: a safety machine that monitors an operation of a work machine and shifts the work machine to a safety state upon detection of an abnormal state; and a proof test device that executes a proof test for checking whether the safety device is functioning normally.
