PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle size distribution measurement device which can obtain highly-reliable particle size distribution data by irradiating a specimen with light different in wavelength, and a particle size distribution measurement method.;SOLUTION: A light intensity distribution data creation part 511 creates light intensity distribution data by adding at least a part of the detection intensity of plurality of light receiving elements corresponding to wavelengths of light emitted from a plurality of light sources to the data. A particle size distribution data creation part 512 creates particle size distribution data by performing a calculation using a coefficient matrix to the light intensity distribution data which is created by the light intensity distribution data creation part 511. The coefficient matrix is constituted by coupling optical models corresponding to the wavelengths of the light emitted from a plurality of the light sources, and at least a part of a plurality of coefficients contained in the optical models corresponding to the wavelengths is composed of the added matrix.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
