To provide an oscillator posture adjustment method of an optical unit with a tremor correction function that defines a reference posture of an oscillator without providing a posture returning-purpose leaf spring between the oscillator and a stator.SOLUTION: An optical unit 1 is configured to: movably hold an oscillation drive-purpose magnet 14 in a holding area 50 of a stator 44(a cylindrical case 45); hold a posture returning-purpose magnetism member 15 at a position capable of facing the oscillation drive-purpose magnet 14 in a movable unit 5 (an oscillator) (step ST1); acquire an amount of deviation between an axial line L (an axial line L of the stator 44) of the optical unit 1 and an optical axis of an optical module 2 (step ST2); move the oscillation drive-purpose magnet 14 inside the holding area 50 in an axial line L direction by an amount of movement based on the amount of deviation, which in turn a posture of the movable unit 5 displaces, and the axial line L and the optical axis of the optical module 2 coincide (step ST3); and thereafter, fix the oscillation drive-purpose magnet 14 to the stator 44 (the cylindrical case 45) (step ST4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
