PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease or solid lubricant and the rolling bearing for the food machine which has them sealed, wherein the grease or solid lubricant can be used as the lubricant for the rolling bearing for the food machine, etc., has high safety for a human body, has excellent oxidation stability, and can realize a long bearing life.;SOLUTION: A rolling bearing 1 comprises: an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3 arranged concentrically, a plurality of rolling elements 4 disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, and a grease 7 sealed around the rolling element 4, wherein the grease 7 contains a base oil containing coconut oil as a main component, a thickener containing stearic acid as a main component and vitamin C, in particular, the base oil consists only of coconut oil and the thickener consists only of stearic acid.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
