PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage management device for examination data capable of further improving operability by preventing transfer of a reference image from being delayed, succeeding examination equipment and a management system for examination data.SOLUTION: The storage management device for the examination data includes a storage part and a management part. The storage part previously stores examination data including an image obtained by being photographed in a preceding examination on a patient. Upon receiving an instruction of a required succeeding examination based on the examination data, the management part stores in the storage part relation information indicating that identification information of succeeding examination equipment to be used for the succeeding examination is related with the examination data. Further, upon receiving a transmission request of the examination data from the succeeding examination equipment, the management part refers to the relation information, retrieves the examination data and transmits a result of the retrieval to the succeeding examination equipment.
