PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete a vacuum drying under the optimal state.SOLUTION: A vacuum dryer device 1 comprises a drying furnace 11, a pressure measuring part 12, a judgment part 13, a vacuum drying control part 14 and a determination part 15. The battery electrode arranged in the drying furnace 11 is dried in vacuum. The pressure measuring part 12 measures a pressure in the drying furnace 11. The judgement part 13 judges whether or not a pressure measured by the pressure measuring part 12 is less than a target pressure. The vacuum drying control part 14 continues the vacuum drying for the first time period after the judgement part 13 judges that the pressure measured by the pressure measuring part 12 becomes less than the target pressure. The determination part 15 judges that the vacuum drying for the battery electrode is completed upon judgement by the judgement part 13 that the pressure measured by the pressure measuring part 12 is less than the target pressure after elapsing of the first time period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
