To provide a rotation angle sensor calibration method.SOLUTION: A rotation angle sensor calibration method, which detects a magnetic field in an X-axis direction on an XY plane and a magnetic field in Y-axis direction thereon, and detects a rotation angle on the XY plane of a rotary magnet rotating around an axis of a rotary axis, comprises: an installation step of installing a rotation angle sensor on the XY plane; a magnetic field application step of, on the XY plane, applying the magnetic field in a N (N is an integer more than 3) direction different in a direction by an angle having 360 degrees equally divided into N to a rotation angle sensor, respectively; an acquisition step of acquiring at least a two-system output signal to be output in response to respective applications of the magnetic field in the N direction from the rotation angle sensor; a calculation step of calculating a calibration parameter calibrating the rotation angle sensor on the basis of the at least two-system output signal; and a storage step of causing the calibration parameter to be stored in a storage part of the rotation angle sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
