PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of forming a stream of water in an artificial river suitably while reducing costs in an artificial river circulation system in which water flowing from a downstream portion of the artificial river into a cushion water tank is returned to an upstream portion of the artificial river by a circulation pump to form a water flow along the artificial river horizontally, even though an installation point of the circulation pump is on an upstream portion side of the artificial river due to noise measures in the surrounding environment and a repair work on the artificial river.;SOLUTION: A cushion water tank 20 and a circulation pump 3 are installed on an upstream portion 1u side of an artificial river 1, and a communication passage 10 connecting a downstream portion of the artificial river 1 and the cushion water tank 20 is provided.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
