To provide a rice milling operation system of rice milling equipment which appropriately displays operation information of rice milling equipment on terminals of both of a user and a manager and improves both of use convenience and management convenience of the rice milling equipment.SOLUTION: An information display system of rice milling equipment is provided with a communication device (20) connected to rice milling equipment (1) with an internet and radio signal and is capable of displaying marks (M) exhibiting the rice milling equipment (1) via the internet and a map (P) on which operation information of the rice milling equipment (1) is added, on screens of terminals (21, 22). Therein, the present operation information of the rice milling equipment (1) and an operation history on a set period are included on the operation information, one side or both sides of the present operation information and the operation history can be displayed on the map (P), the present operation information can be displayed on a terminal (22) of a user of the rice milling equipment (1) and both of the present operation information and the operation history can be displayed on a terminal of a manager (21) of the rice milling equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
