To allow a spectator of a sports competition in which a plurality of players perform at different positions in parallel to watch the performance of the players at positions that cannot be viewed directly without missing.SOLUTION: A video collection provision device collects video streams of videos such as moving images transmitted wirelessly from a plurality of cameras and provides the video streams to a spectator terminal. The spectator terminal includes a display screen for viewing the video streams. On the basis of video information of the collected video streams, the video collection provision device notifies the spectator terminal of the preview of a recommended scene to recommend viewing by the spectator and provides a video stream including the recommended scene for advance notice to the spectator terminal. The advance notice includes the name of the player. When the spectator terminal receives the advance notice from the video collection provision device, the spectator terminal notifies the spectator of the advance notice of the recommended scene together with the player name.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
