PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for loading in a signal security system of a railway.;SOLUTION: In a signal security system 1 of a railway, when a supervising device 10 sends a switching instruction for switching to a data control mode to respective logic devices 20, the respective logic devices 20 transit to the data control mode in accordance with the switching instruction, and change an allocation of a storage position of data in a communication frame circulating in LAN 30 to an allocation for the data control mode in which an allocation, as a storage position of LD information (LD data or an LD program) sent and received in the data control mode, of a storage position, to which information (information regarding signal security) sent and received in a normal mode is allocated, is changed.
