PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract support device, a contract support system, a contract support method and a contract support program which can support a user to efficiently sign a contract, capable of effectively reducing an input load on the user.;SOLUTION: The contract support device comprises: first generation means for generating display data which displays a screen including a display causing a user to input information corresponding to items necessary for a first contract; transmission means for transmitting the display data generated by the first generation means to a terminal device; reception means for receiving the information input to the display data; and second generation means for generating information necessary for a second contract different from the first contract on the basis of the received data.
