The subject of the invention is an aircraft comprising first and second zones (42, 44), a sealing system (54) interposed between a door frame (52) and a door (50) giving access to the second zone (44), comprising: - a peripheral seal (56) integral with the door (50), - a stop (58) integral with the door frame (52), comprising a body (66) in the form of at least one plate which extends around the periphery of the door frame (52), parallel to the door (50) when the latter is in the closed position, - a peripheral groove (76) positioned on the abutment (58) so as to the peripheral seal (56) closes the circumferential groove (76) around the opening (48) when the door (50) is in the closed position, - at least one duct (78) configured to communicating the peripheral groove (76) and the first zone (42).
