A heat transfer device (2) capable of transferring heat comprising a housing (5) having a first main wall (12) and a second main wall (14), said housing (5) having an internal cavity (6) sealed, a liquid (8) contained in the internal cavity (6) and a mixer (10) adapted to put said liquid in motion, the thermal transfer device (2) being adapted to be switched between a first state and a second state in which the liquid is in motion and convectively transferring heat between the first main wall and the second main wall, the thermal conductance between the first main wall and the second main wall in the first state being four less than the thermal conductance between the first main wall and the second main wall in the second state.
