Fermented milk product is a consortium of live fermented milk and propionic acid bacteria of three complexes, taken in equal parts: 1st complex consists of combination of the 1 st group of strains of fermented milk bacteria S. salivarius-LT-1, S. Thermophilus-LT9, LT10, LT11 taken in equal parts, and the strain of propionate bacteria Propionibacterium freidenreichii-LT8, wherein said 1st group of strains of fermented milk bacteria relates to a strain of propionate bacteria in a ratio of 5:1; 2nd complex is from the combination of the 2nd group of strains of lactic acid bacteria L. Plantarum-LT7, L. Acidophilus-, taken in equal parts, and the strain of propionate bacteria Propionibacterium freidenreichii-LT8, said 2nd group of strains of lactic bacteria to a strain of propionate bacteria in a ratio of 2:1; 3rd complex consists of combination of a strain of Propionibacterium freidenreichii-LT8 bacteria and the 3rd group of strains of fermented milk bacteria S. salivarius-LT-1, L.
