Group of inventions also relates to a method for predicting the release from the unconscious state of a traumatic or metabolic genesis in a subject comprising obtaining at least two biological samples from said subject in the range from 1 hour to 90 days; analysis of these biological images to determine the level of antibodies to one or more fragments of the kainate receptors GluR6 and/or GluR7; comparing the levels of the respective antibodies determined in different samples of one subject, with each other and with the level of the corresponding antibodies in the samples taken from healthy subjects.;EFFECT: group of inventions ensures prediction of both restoration of the subject's consciousness with a favorable outcome, as well as the probability of transition to a chronic vegetative state or a lethal outcome.;10 cl, 3 dwg, 4 ex
