The filling and facing layers of the welded rolls are applied with the formation of a welded belt with a total width of at least 3 pipe walls thicknesses and cooling of the welded joint by applying a heat-insulating belt. At the same time, when applying a surfacing layer, ARMCO iron is used. When applying the interfacial layer, metal with chromium content of at least 20% and nickel of at least 40% and a relative elongation of at least 25% is used.
