The present invention relates to a system and a method of third party remote payment using an artificial intelligence terminal. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system and a method of third party remote payment using an artificial intelligence terminal, which do not use payment information registered in an artificial intelligence terminal and allow each of one or more third parties located around the artificial intelligence terminal as payers to divide and remotely pay a payment amount in correspondence to the number of payers for one payment with respect to at least one product through an own mobile terminal. The system of third party remote payment using an artificial intelligence terminal comprises: the artificial intelligence terminal; at least one consignment member store server; a payer terminal part; and a virtual consignment member store server.
