摘要

The present invention provides an injection nozzle for different types of food in a gel form and a manufacturing apparatus of different types of food in a gel form including the same, wherein internal food is uniformly spread in external food when rolling different types of food in a gel form consisting of the internal food and external food. According to the present invention, the injection nozzle for different types of food in a gel form comprises: an outer nozzle having a first flow passage connected to a first outlet formed on the front end thereof and formed therein; and an inner nozzle including an internal insertion unit inserted into the first flow passage and an outlet unit arranged to protrude from the first outlet and extended from the internal insertion unit, and having a second flow passage connected to a second outlet formed on a front end of the outlet unit and formed therein. The second outlet is formed to have longer horizontal and vertical widths. The horizontal width of the second outlet is formed to be larger than the horizontal width of the second flow passage arranged on a cross section cut at the first outlet.
